Instructions

The foundation of all marching drills.

Description: Lift your knees alternately toward your waist while staying in one spot.

Form: Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Your opposite arm should swing naturally with the opposite leg (e.g., right knee up, left arm forward).

Tempo: Usually performed to a steady 1-2-3-4 count.
